Somerset Lake is a beautiful community protected by covenants which are enforced by the Somerset Lake HOA Board Members. The Board encourages all potential residents to read the covenants prior to purchasing a home in Somerset.
REVISED Architectural Review Form
The new form has updated contact info for our current Hughes Administrator, Mary Lonon. The old forms were going to a former employee and were not getting processed. If you submitted an ARC request that hasn’t been responded to, contact Mark.

Community Watch Notice:
Please report any suspicious activity to HSV Police non-emergency number 256-722-7100. If you have vehicles in your driveway, we recommend that you keep them locked. We have not had any recent incidents but vehicle break-ins typically increase with the warmer weather.
HOA Services & Dues
Dues are due quarterly and must be paid on time to avoid late fees. Get policy and payment details, and contact info for our management company, Hughes Properties.
